      Pros

      All employees other that management care about the clients

      Cons

      GE mentality killed the company. Employees are only a number and they do not care about clients anymore. Two many big clients have left due to adapting to the GE customer service which there was none to begin with.

      Element Fleet Management is one of the greatest working experiences I've had in my career.       None. I've had a few working experiences and none of them have been able to compare. Element Fleet is truly unique and succeeds because of the people within the company.

      Pros

      The company promotes from within. Managers are looking for bright creative people that have vision to move the company forward.

      Cons

      Not really a con as I see it but…… as integration closed and systems begin to function independently; opportunities are plentiful. Improvement is a daily occurrence.
