Not a place you want to be for the long haul

Nice employees (when they're not undergoing layoffs) Nice IT staff who help with technical problems

Cons

Lots of outsourcing meant having to cope with setting up meetings in different timezones; also hard to reach out to remote employees when you have questions Poor salary in light of competitors (I now work for Jenzabar and am getting much more there) "Hunger Games" mentality when it comes to getting things done - lack of collaboration and virtually no mentorship/aid for lower level employees

Pros

Warm, welcoming environment, fantastic support staff, management that delivers what they promised. A training program that provides the information you need to be successful from the start as well as the resources to fulfill subsequent needs. Everyone is very accommodating, checking in with you to insure that you know that you are valuable to the company

Cons

The gym is a bit undersized.
