Amazing leadership team. Excellent compensation and benefits. True focus on customer (higher education market) which makes work very rewarding. People are smart, fun, and interested in making everyone better. Best place I have ever worked.

No real cons. Company is very fast paced. You have to be smart and assertive to work here.

Ellucian is a good company to work for, I enjoy my managers, the benefits are good and the overall atmosphere is great.

Cons

Ellucian does not have a lot of cons, but getting in contact with some departments are a bit of a task.
