stay cheaply at other Hilton hotels.

Cons

Horrible management. Lying, stealing, sleeping on the job (literally). The HR director is also in charge of house keeping so there really is no one looking out for the employees. The GM does not wish to hear about any problems. Little training, poor pay and no following of policies.

Great work environment. Everyone is very friendly with each other and willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

Big problem with overall management. They do everything based upon hotel occupancy and not based upon how the guests are actually using the hotel's services.
