Pros

good salary, nice office etc, good pension, free lunches or discount on lunch for various cafes etc.

Cons

there is a culture of family members often being hired and getting promoted ahead of others. jobs for the boys club vibe stressful call volumes and work load, lots of complaints from customers. not much time off phones

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
