Pros
- Flexible times - Friendly employees with a variety of nationalities - No dress code
Cons
How to put it... you are not there to accomplish something of great value to yourself but just a number for upper management which doesn't give a damn about you or your performance, and if you are seen as a liability or a threat, everything will be done to put you in jeopardy, to put into question your presence in the company... Pressure will be exerted for you to leave if you do not meet THEIR own requirements which vary from person to person. Training which was given to us was comical, interesting but still comical and totally insufficient and inadequate. You learn about standard claims but just a month after, you are thrown into a totally different team where you have to learn everything by yourself. Of course, there are very friendly staff which will help you out... under the careful eye of the TL who will supervise every movement they do. For anyone caring of his mental health, of his creativity and hapiness at work, unless you fancy long hours doing constantly the same thing for a rather low pay, I would not recommend joining this company as you may feel regret later, as it won't give you anything apart from (somewhat) financial security. There is nothing to gain from it. There are other smaller companies, SMEs but also NGOs where employees are much better treated and where their work is taken seriously.
