Pros

Work/life balance is probably the only thing good -- but that does depend on your manager. Also depends on whether you have a child or not.

Cons

I came to this company thinking what a wonderful and reputable company it is. I even moved to Wilmington, DE from New York! I am very disappointed with my experiences for serveral reasons: (1) I have been here for 3 years and am making a minimal salary that barely covers the cost of living here. I know people with various companies in Wilminton making almost double of what I earn. Not to mention -- people coming into the company out of college as entry levels are earning more than what I am earning after 3 years of working here! How can you not adjust old employee salaries? (2) Management is horrendous. They do not recognize you or give you credit for any work that you do. (3) Internal mobility -- forget about it. If you think you can get another job within the company -- you are dreaming. (4) Promotion process sucks -- it isn't dependant on how hard you work or how much you know -- it is all dependant on how many years you have been here. The list can go on. Biggest disappointment -- I cannot wait to leave. I would never recommend anybody working here. Not to mention the retention rate is very low

Pros

decent pay and good name drop to add to your experience and resume

Cons

everything!! since this was a contract role I was brought in to complete a project with 0 leadership or direction. I was left to figure out everything completely on my own from finding a computer and a desk and a phone to figuring out who to contact in India etc to help me revamp the entire global website on the backend. I literally had to show up to work everyday at least an hour early so that I could possibly try to find a open desk sometimes I had to work on the floor or find somewhere in the lunchroom I could set up in the corner this went on for over a month.
