I am a CSR I call center agent working for a year now at Datamark. Working for Datamark has been a great experience so far. At my center we have various schedules and so far my schedule is just what I was looking for. Datamark has many benefits from PTO, to medical benefits and even vacation time starts accumulating from the time you are hired. I like this company a lot, there is equal opportunity for advancement, managers and supervisors always encourage you to grow and keep learning to help you reach company goals. I have a lot of respect for all management personal including HR. HR has always been prompt to answer any questions I may have. Supervisors at Datamark have always been very friendly even if its not your immediate supervisor they are always available. Overall, Datamark is a great company to work for, you will definitely have lots benefits from the time you get hired, pay rate is considerable, and staff is friendly and very supportive.
