Negative Vibes, Poor Outlook - Anonymous employee HERE Technologies Employee Review

There is no structure or accountability. There is a high turnover amongst leadership, continuous layoffs and terribly negative attitudes amongst colleagues as a result. Employees are not nurtured here. It’s hard to get your work done when you’re not nurtured and therefore not motivated. It’s hard to get your work done when everyone you work with is negative because of unclear priorities and politics. The company doesn’t seem to be heading in a clear direction which is masked by advertisements. As far as internal values, actions speak louder than word.
