      Pros

      Very nice restaurant. The Breakfast Buffet is great.

      Cons

      Very few full time positions open. There is a union but it really only benefits you if you are full time. Many Long time employees are hostile to new employees. There is not much accountability for poor job performance and if management tries, the employees hide behind the union.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
