Pros
- lot of new contracts/projects in Malaysia compared to other vendors - salary on the par in the market and paid on-time - 13th month bonus in December
Cons
- no work-life balance (you will be a work horse till you feel and want to resign) - 1 person doing 3~4 person workload - all company related expenses need to use our own money and it took months to get refund - if you cannot speak mandarin and read chinese words, no room for career growth / advancement - training only for technical people - do not honor contract received from service providers - double standard treatment for China expat and Local employees
