Pros
Flexible workplace; tremendously involved with employee engagement - and building upon solid work environment. Beautiful campus with top-notch employee fitness center (free) and on-site wellness center. Among the most progressive workplaces I've encountered in my professional career; and genuine about making strides toward further improvement. Active in local community, whether through charity work or financial contribution.
Cons
Complicated workflow, depending on your individual area of involvement. MANY moving parts, between primary and reinsurance. Face-time between departments is a must, otherwise you're just a name on correspondence.
