Better than market salaries and increments for top guys Transportation service Skillset development - I have not had this much exposure with any other company. Work/life balance flexibility Global travel opportunities
Cons
Some individuals are trying to make the environment toxic by spreading negativity. They find it had to change and cant find jobs elsewhere due to low skills. Management is too lenient to kick them out. Management is too straightforward with feedback. Treat employees like kids. Cost cutting on team party, sodexo etc.. but i guess it happens everywhere.
