If I read your note correctly, you also comment that SWO is a good place to get experience that you would otherwise not get elswhere - the autonomy you mention as well as the entrepreneurial culture. Transparently I am aware that the company is not number 1 in terms of compensation however, I do believe we are competitive and offer a considerable amount of other opportunities in the context of our culture and global structure.
