      Not much pressure of job. If you get good project you get to learn much. Good Health Insurance scheme Free learning materials available.

      Cons

      Very less salary Getting good project is very hard. Support project may make your life very bad. Not bad for employee who are willing to work in night shift and weekends. Some process are very slow.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
