      You will know how to communicate with customers and handle P1 situations.

      Cons

      If you don't get good manager, your life will be living hell. Also, you have to go office 5 days a week maintaining 45hrs per week as working. On top of this, not exception to wfh will be provided.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
