      health insurance policy and child care leave is the only thing kept me to stick to the company

      office politics is too much in long running projects. dont join the banking projects running for 20+ years

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
