      Some nice people, some decent jobs.

      Long hours, undermanned jobs. Some boring jobs as well.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
