      Beck is a wonderful company to work at. The company does a wonderful job at mentoring and truly follows their values.

      Cons

      The hours can be very long as it is project based.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
