      Potential to grow significantly within Cisco depending on what team you're on, plenty of professional growth opportunities, always fresh challenges to keep the work interesting and exciting

      Hard to connect with the product and its impact, executive leadership tends to be stubborn which can lead to frustration or bottlenecks downstream, too many decisions are still made based on gut feelings rather than testing

      Pros

      Great workplace, great people, great location, interesting projects.

      Cons

      No one told me what specific tools to use and how to get access to them for the project. Very slow and complex access control. Project management is chaotic and they don't have a clear idea of what they want to do. Leadership is basically a ghost. Followed up for full-time roles and have been ghosted for no reason.
