Pros

1. UST Global has flexible work times including work from home option 2. Good chances to travel overseas/onsite 3. Pays well if you join in from another organization with over 5-6 years of work-ex

Cons

1. The compensation system in the company is not standardized which benefits people who hop companies rather than those who stay in the company and work for a few years continuously 2. For an employee with about 5-6 yrs of work-ex (from UST), growth is limited due to an unclear career progression policy at that level 3. UST's sales pitch is that it is a low cost IT vendor (compared to other big IT Cos in India), hence the compensation is lower than the Industry average

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
