5yWhile this review was a lot to take in, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback. We're happy to hear about the positive aspects but of course disappointed to see many of the concerns stated here and are sorry that you've had less than a great experience with working at Gympass.
Please know we do take your concerns seriously. We're always looking for ways to improve and this candid feedback helps us to do just that. While we enjoy the global aspect of our business, we never want Gympassers to feel as though they are treated unfairly due to the region they're based in. We value each and every employee and the contributions they make to the company, we wouldn't be anywhere without them!
