      Pros

      Working environment, the people you meet, the location. The facilities. Integration activities for all the company's departments. If you have car, they have a great parking lot.

      Cons

      Lacking of leadership, job style constrains. Deadline schedules not based on person's capability and knowledge. Lack of training about work's procedures and bussines rules. "Squared" environment.
