      Pros

      No need to do extra hours which is good Work hard and you will be amazed by the chances you get Nice trainers for an initial boost

      Cons

      Low pay during the initial years no pay during training for 8-18 weeks You will have to keep moving places throughout the calender year

      Fantastic opportunities to launch your career straight out of University

      Pros

      The FDM graduate programme gives you the opportunity to work with some fantastic companies, many of which I would not have been able to work for without going through the programme. Although the company has grown hugely, it has a small feel to it and you get to know everyone in the company very quickly. Everyone is very friendly and wants to you do to well. Even though you go off to work at other companies around the UK after the training, you stay in contact with many people at the company and it is a good way to network and meet new people who can help you develop in your career.

      Cons

      The training can be tough at times, but there are experiences trainers there to help you and you are going through the training with other graduates so you can help each other where possible.
