This list has gotten smaller over the last 8 years.

Cons

Long work days. No common sense from leadership. Transportation Department is not properly educated on how to move freight in efficient manner. Work/life balance is no where to be seen. This company only " takes care of" the almighty investors!

I didn't . FEDEX freight bought Watkins Motor lines. I went along for the job. Good pay but what good is 55 cents per mile if they constantly cut miles? The company has OK benefits.

Cons

They have a tendency to micro manage the drivers working for them. The company also tends to realign freight and expects the drivers to chase it. Very management heavy.
