Pros
Benefits are one of the best ones out there. If you have a life changing event in your life where you would have to relocate with this company there is no issues. You could always transfer to a different station within the US. Depending on who the manager is you could have a blast working for this company or your life could be a living hell. It is not that hard to move up in the latter and there always opportunity to improve your self. If you are looking for a challenge this company will give it to you if you are able to adapt to changes as quick as the industry and this company does. The best thing is the fact that you get to rate your manager and the company.
Cons
There is no accountability to managers when it comes to who is the one to blame when a manager or management makes a bad call. The courier will always have to watch his/her back depending on whom it is they have for a manager. Forget about feedback or recognition. Remember you are as good as your last sale. They will never remember when you go out of your way for them but will remember how many lates or pickups you missed on your review. Make sure you keep those injuries to a minimum because that is what is going to hurt the most and watch out for the road.
