Pros

They are very flexible when it comes to your schedule. If you're a college student, you can use their tuition reimbursement program to help pay with college. It's a great everyday exercise

Cons

It can be very dirty inside and outside of the building. When you're in trailers, a lot of dust is disturbed which in turn you breathe in. There have been so many times where I would come home and blow my nose and find black snot on the tissue. It can also be very loud inside. The average decibel level in there is about 81 db. Best to wear hearing protection.

Pros

Its a busy environment with constant work to be done. Most employees know as much as the trainers do so questions about assigned tasks are often relayed upon new hires.

Cons

Upper management often find assisting employees a bother almost always putting the issue aside for either the end of day or until given up on. Safety is a major issue as most equipment are either falling apart or unavailable.
