Best Decision was quitting and that is being nice
Pros
I have no idea why all the positive reviews. It was a literal trainwreck day over day when I worked there. As one reviewer said, a positive was getting a paycheck. But that was at lower than market rates with a culture that was akin to spouse being abused in a marriage. Best thing for me was my 60 point drop in blood pressure when i left.
Cons
The CEO literally doesn't care. Managing Directors are about padding their own bonuses. Sexual harassment was everywhere and was a constant game of "who is f'n who today". Thankfully its shutting down so people are free to find out how a real company should be. Also if you are skilled in your job you are screwed because they will never let you out of your position since that would mean people would have to do their own jobs. Also if you are gay, everyone is making fun of you behind your back.
