Lost after acquisition

Pros

A lot of investment into the company

Cons

Toxic workplace with the acquisition of sterling check. The company is bleeding people and has no real leadership in place. Power struggles between FA and sterling leadership and the way forward. Customers leaving rapidly because of the turnover and simple things the company cannot get right like pricing and contracts. Almost impossible to get help internally and collaborate to solve problems since everyone wants to throw up their hands and act like it is not their job or issue. You’d spend weeks trying to find answers to things or get help. Leadership was misleading in promotions and there were 4 different leaders on my team in 3 years
