Pros

Unfortunately for us all any pro has been eroded

Cons

Classic Venture capital take over. Horrible Executive leadership. Essential positions eliminated. Client delivery failures are daily. Technology errors that affect customers are daily events. Migrating customers are left out to dry and their programs are terrible in the interim leaving the relationship manager holding the bag.

Pros

pretend to work from anywhere, bar, beach, playground as long as you have a special friend in management

Cons

Employee testimony on their website made me puke. How can real people lie to blatantly without any shame and self respect? I guess $$$$$ matters Incompetent management, from top to bottom. How will they help other companies do a background check on their prospects if FADV does not check the background of their so called "leadership"? sorry, I just puked on my keyboard again. They have no insight, vision, qualification, or drive other than greed and self interest. The outsourcing is just a show. HR in India has been making tons of $$$$$ buy receiving booty. You heard it right, people pay FADV HR to get in the door. Ever wondered why there is so much attrition? Every person that I know, reported to HR (USA) upon leaving the company and telling them about the ethics and corruption of these execs. HR is part of the play, no action taken other than promotions of these snakes.
