Pros

I cannot provide any positive feedback

Cons

This company is a classic case of a private equity group driving a good company into the ground. Many of the talented employees have left the organization or are currently looking to get out. Morale throughout the company is extremely low, there have been several rounds of layoffs and an aggressive offshoring initiative which has created low customer satisfaction and customer support. The primary objective of senior management is to make a quick buck and sell out to another unsuspecting investment group
