Not really much to say is pro

Cons

See comments above in my review. Also they threaten people with firing them, bullying them, or as some other people said in other reviews of this company, they expect you to put your family on the back burner, your health, children, or even your life -especially when dangerous weather conditions exist.

We are proud that the vast majority of our employees enjoy a happy and fulfilling career with us. That said, as hard as we try to get it right all of the time, there will be times we fall short. Firstsource being a client centric company is driven by an environment that protects the customer and client data and hence comes with a few restrictions. A lot of hours available, work flow is constant so no boredom and managers are really amazing (lot of internal promotions in the company) v. Good commis ons

Very little breaks for the amount of time if you are doing overtime. Very sales orientated
