Hope you had an opportunity to make use of the Internal Mobility Program that we have at Firstsource. It's essential for our company to strike a balance between ensuring a secure work environment and respecting employees' needs for connectivity and flexibility. Mobile phones are restricted primarily to safeguard against potential data breach. Regular breaks are incorporated as part of the schedule to provide an opportunity for employees to rest, refresh, and recharge.
