      Lots to learn for who's new to the industry. Be able to interact with someone who's been around for a long time.

      Cons

      Old management:hiarchical, lots of procedures to get stuff done, unprofessional office assistance situation, Nepotism, and etc.

      Big company. Great place to learn about basic business rules and Chinese workplace culture (favoritism, bureaucracy, top-down hierarchies, collective thinking...etc.)

      1. C-level managers can't speak English. 2. No training or mentorship 3. Overtime without compensation 4. Chinese god altar at office area
