      This was my first job ever so it was a good gateway into any industry. It was a good career starting point for anybody in college when they are too young to be taken seriously at an internship. With this position I was able to land an internship position in college and eventually move into an engineering position

      Experience working with factory and learning Asian culture.

      Cons

      No training offerred other than mandatory Safety training. No training material or job descriptions. No evaluations so hard to determine what improvements need to be made if any.
