Pros

Good experience if this is your first job; since the work culture will push you to perform. Little or no training will force you to learn things on your own.

Cons

Lower than average pay. Long work hours with little or no appreciation. No growth. Company does not care to retain even good employees. Too micro-managed. Mindset of the upper management needs to change.

Pros

Huge company with many interesting people. Can learn much as there are many opportunities for improvement.

Cons

Company politics are more important than results. It is amazing that even if you succeed and do well you will be put down by jealous managers in other areas. The upper management people are very week. Have a good middle management and they some good lower level people.
