      Pros

      No better place to grab process development experience. You will learn a lot in a very short time. Very flexible work schedule. Breaks in between projects seem like vacations because there is nothing to do.

      Cons

      Lower than average income. A lot of travel. Horrible living conditions if traveling internationally. Very long work days and also work 6 days a week while on site in Asia. Always on call when busy.
