Pros

They give you lot of responsibility and dump work on their employees which is good for some one who wants to learn.

Cons

I want to warn all ambitious moms (especially with younger children) not to join Gensler. They dump a lot of work and pay peanuts! It is strictly business for them. Top management are not trustworthy. Basically when you compare the stress vs. the pay you get, it is worthless to go work for this company.

Pros

The office is beautiful, and I met a few kind coworkers.

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of psychological safety, retaliation after speaking with HR, and leadership that was inconsistent, dishonest, and not transparent in communication.

Pros

- good benefits - many resources - interesting events - high-profile projects

Cons

- lack of fairness - leadership does not listen to employees - inappropriate behavior accepted and rewarded - no training programs - can be toxic so try to stay out of it - it is so political that if you are inexperienced, you will drown in the work and the politics, hard to handle both - not a good place to start a career - if you have experience you will have more of a chance to survive the crazy politics - the Chicago office is going downhill compared to other offices - harassment was reported & HR did nothing
