      Pros

      Can find a good work life balance. Working at a smaller office grants you more responsibility and can work autonomously. Awesome junior and mid-level staff.

      Cons

      Though it’s not necessarily Gensler-specific - more this industry - very mediocre pay. Practicing here feels like working at a factory. Grind culture promotes constant production which leaves very little time to think or sometimes even onboard/close out projects properly. Every hour is monitored for maximum billing efficiency. If you want to design with intentionality, this may not be the place for you.
