Pros

Great place to build a global network, and then jump. One of the only truly global design firms.

Cons

Phenomenally hierarchical. Promotions process is Kafka-esque. Politics are incredibly delicate and pervasive.

Pros

Plenty of resources and experience that cuts out the mundane parts of the job. The materials libraries, blocks, presentation templates, and client relations take out a lot of detailing and cold calling that take valuable time. The pay is good, the boomerang program ensures employment. They also pay overtime

Cons

Because they pay overtime, they treat you like you have no right to leave. Project managers NEVER tell the client no and that costs the younger designers almost all free time. There is a large descrepancy between the big dogs and the worker bees
