Pros

Flexible hours, Most accounts are inbound calls only, supervisors are always available, always able to work overtime if you need the hours

Cons

Open 24/7 so you may be required to work weekends and holidays

they pay on a weekly schedule the employees who work here are nice

Cons

communication varies depending on who you talk to, zero/little growth Many leaders within the company are just not nice overall needs a good cleaning and exterminating temporary and seasonal employees: letting people go on Christmas eve via a phone call?

Pros

Great opportunity Mediocre pay 2 days off a week 90 day probation.

Cons

If 1 supervisor does not like you they WILL get you FIRED Worked there for 6 months only to be told multiple times that I wasnt friendly enough to the callers. I didn't know that I was there to make friends
