Pros

Vacation and sick time. Telework and flexibility. Domestic and international travel. Looks great on résumé. Affordable benefits. Casual dress code. One can grow at an accelerated rate if (s)he is politically savvy.

Cons

Incompetent executives. Too politically biased against moderate or conservative views. Often too casual. Racist—No person of color should support this organization as a donor. People of color are disparately impacted by the organizational policies. International and local scandals.

Pros

$15/hr with training at a slightly lower rate Great people to work with, full of personality Well-organized company Great benefits for those who work for 60 days or more

Cons

These are just cons of on-street fundraising work in general: Long hours standing People can be mean to you (Ladies) people will probably hit on you several times a day
