      Dedicated, smart staff and very diverse work force

      Cons

      Long hours, expecting you to work at home at night as well as weekends when deadlines approach. Family Leave Time off to care for sick family member was denied, as I had not worked there long enough to qualify. Disappoining lack of sympathy for my situation from Management and Human Resources.
