      Flexible office hours. Not much workload.

      Cons

      If you join as a fresher you are literally screwing your career. No mentor ship no nothing. Extreme gender inequality. Literal waste of time working in this company.

      Location of Chicago office and domain attracts talent.

      Cons

      Little guidance on improving your career makes it hard for entry level engineers to move up the career path. Would expect a little more good senior engineers, but found it missing. Lot of ambiguity in projects. Not ambitious enough in a ambitious sector.
