      A solid but large R&D tech company

      Pros

      Co-workers are great. Generally has good work-life balance. There are systems in place to support employees.

      Cons

      The company suffers from some of the downsides of large companies. Systems designed to support development at a global scale are not necessarily quick to adapt to new situations. You need to be willing to navigate through established processes. The employee rating system is really lame.

      HP Inc now is going back to their original culture.

      Cons

      HP Inc. is not as stable financially now that company has split into Hewlett Packard Enterprise vs. HP Inc.
