      Moving all IT offshore

To your point about moving jobs, I want to provide more context and mention that we have been consistent with our priorities, and although we have already announced a proposed restructuring, we are not 'shipping all jobs offshore'. Also, because technology is an industry built on change, many other tech companies have made similar decisions and go through these changes.       The best colleagues imaginable. Smartest people anywhere. They give you big projects to work on.

      Juggling many, many priorities. Hard to "turn off" sometimes.
