Was on a part-time contract essentially working a full-time job. The restaurant was understaffed and we were overworked. Worked very long hours for very little pay (I was receiving around £5 an hour as I was under 21). Received no training at all, though was promised it. This meant that it was often difficult to keep up, which was very difficult in very busy periods as we never had enough staff. Rotas were sometimes given the evening before, so you would not know if you were at work the next day or not. Rotas were never given more than a week in advance so it was fairly unorganised.
