Pros

The company itself has a great program for advancement. The work hours were decent. Front desk employee's were wonderful. The hotel lobby is nice, the food in restaurant is okay considering most of it was frozen in bags and precooked.

Cons

This particular location lacked professionalism. The restaurant had 8 out of 10 employees that had nasty attitudes and did not do work, very lazy.

Pros

People interaction, gorgeous historical property

Cons

Taken advantage of constantly - pulling doubles, coming in on off days. Told to do things and then all the work would be re-done by management. Management was all about the bottom line. As a business, I understand the need for this but, if you overwork and don't pay your employees what they should be paid, your bottom line will end up going lower and lower.
