Can loose its professionalism sometimes. Sometimes they are not very straight forward.

Employee discounts on certain hilton hotels, but Marriotts are better for their employees.

Cons

Where do I start.... Terrible pay, no raises for years, coworkers that have no life ambitions, housekeepers from 3rd world countries, and working for the Roedel family because they are just a bunch of penny pinchers.
