Pros
Decent Pay. Before Lafarge bought out the company it was a great place to work. Now it is a place to earn a decent living.
Cons
Lack of respect from management. Most are fresh out of school with no practical knowledge, but they are told that they know better than someone that has 30 years on the job experience. Time and time again they try to reinvent the wheel at someone else's expense. It breeds an atmosphere of distrust and discontent. What is worse is that they know how everyone feels and they still do nothing to change the system. At the plant wide communication meetings people used to try to explain this to them but to no avail.
